HONEYWELL
CONNECTED WORKER
We assisted Honeywell’s Industrial Safety division to create this “vision” video, showcasing their vision of a connected worker. This is a part of Honeywell’s “The Power of Connected” re-branding. The message for this initiative is:
“Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions’ vision for Connected Industrial Workers. Imagine an industrial world where ensuring your worker safety, compliance and productivity is seamless and easy. Imagine increasing operational uptime, making faster, better decisions, while reducing the risk of major disruptions. This is all possible in a Connected Industrial Workplace.”
The video above was the first, longer iteration of the message. The first time this video was shown was the first week of January, with the script coming in just before Christmas. This timeframe made it too challenging to organize and execute a video production at a gas facility or oil refinery (obtaining permission, permits, etc). As a result, the entire video was produced with a combination of stock footage and existing Honeywell agency footage, produced over the holiday break.
After the first video presentation, Honeywell sent another script in with some revisions to the messaging, and a change to the lower 3rd graphic style to brand it similar to other conference or convention video displays we’ve produced. The above video is the one that marketing posted on the Honeywell website and YouTube, and is the video that executives show at conventions, trade shows, and use in conference presentations.
CONNECTED WORKER SYMPOSIUM
In 2017, Honeywell hosted a Connected Worker Symposium with several presentations covering topics such as Understanding the Power of Connected, a Connected Plant Experience, all the way to how Connected Workers Create Value in the Real World. This video was presented as a kickoff to the Connected Worker Vision and Technologies presentation. Below is the summary video of that presentation.
